TEA/LCA
Our modeling services are based on accredited engineering practices to perform techno-economic and lifecycle assessment (TEA/LCA) for energy and agricultural products. We offer state-of-the-art sustainability analysis of developing and commercialized products to evaluate economic and environmental performance, including negative emissions technologies. In short, we can tell you if a product will make money and/or benefit the environment.
ENGINEERING DESIGN
We have engineering expertise in Mechanical, Chemical, and Civil Engineering disciplines, with specialties in thermal-fluid systems (heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics) and environmental management.
Research and Development (R&D)
Our associates have participated in more than a dozen large R&D projects funded by the U.S. DOE, DoD, USDA, or other organizations. We have experience supporting these projects!
Commercial Projects
B&D has contributed engineering design, economic analysis, and environmental assessments for several commercial businesses, providing strategic design criteria for technical and policy decisions.
